We collect your personal information in order to notify you in case of an event cancellation or change. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information we cannot be held responsible for a failure to contact you.
Proof of concessional entitlement may be required.
In general we are open to refunds or exchanges requested with adequate notice prior to an event, but this is at our discretion and not guaranteed except in the event that an event is cancelled.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Tickets are emailed, not posted out. Please present your email (printed or on your mobile device) at the event for entry.
Contact us for replacement or lost tickets. We will need your name, address, phone and email address. Tickets will only be re-issed to the email address used with the original purchase.
